overall, this picture is very well done and is pleasing to the eye, though there are some things that need work. i'd say ad some thicker leaves to the tree, increase it's foliage, since that's how trees look. they don't very often have a small amount of leaves *unless wintertime or fall* and such. number two; add some stars! the moon is all lonesome up there, and it may be the time of night where a lot of stars aren't out, but there's at least one star in the sky whenever it gets dark, if not more. the moon doesn't need much work, though i'd add the dark blotches on it (to show where the craters are and such, y'know, how we say there's a 'man on the moon' or the japanese say there's a 'rabbit' on the moon. you can also easter-egg some funny shapes in there!). if you already had, then maybe make them darker? now the rock, the rock should be a bit more jagged. most rocks aren't so soft, the shading can be soft on a rock, but the outlines are usually very rigid. onto these little glowing bits, i think they're quite adorable, but they don't seem realistic as it isn't shedding any light on anything other than the air around it. to make them more 'appealing' per say, i'd say add some white shading onto the grass where the closest glowbits are, and then add some to the rock. now onto the tricky part, adding that white shading to makimotto. c:
and finally, try to add some more detail into the grass. it's hand-cramping work sometimes. though i can see that you did add color differences to the grass, i can't see very much variation in the heights of it, nor any blades of grass. it'd be the final touch on the picture to give it extra 'unf!'.

p.s. you know who kimba is? oh goodness marry me. i'm used to no one knowing who he is.
